Patch against IPVS 0.9.4 and 0.9.5 to avoid lockups

        Hello,

        This is a patch to avoid the kernel lockups that ipvsadm -L
can cause. It is not easy to hit this problem on system with
low LVS traffic but it is dangerous to use 0.9.4 and 0.9.5
without this fix applied. You can safely run your 0.9.[45]
system unfixed but you should avoid using ipvsadm -L.
