I get 50Mbps on a 133MHz pentium I director running 2.2.x kernel LVS-NAT
to a 75MHz pentium I realserver. Anecdotal evidence says that a
400MHz machine can saturate 100Mbps network under test conditions
(not disk or CPU bound). The problem is getting 1Gbps throughput.
