| Subject: | First connection always to lowest IP? |

So now that everything works, it's time to be nitpicking :) When setting up a weighted round robin, the first connection always goes to the lowest IP number (experimentally seen). This 'breaks' using weighted round robin with two servers, weight 1 and weight 65535, as a failover setup for servers that get less then 1 connection per InActConn timeout period :) Ofcourse, the workaround is simple. Have the normal server be the lowest IP number, and the failover server the highest IP. Still, it's off by one :) Paul, really pleased with his lvs-nat setup now :) |
