What do you mean by 'reloading a hash table'? If you call ipvsadm to add
a service you insert certain values into the hash table. The table
itself is static and contains linked lists for multiple entries with the
same hash. I fail to see where one could load something which is already
present in the kernel context. I stand corrected.
