We have the current
setup of Load Balancer running on the Linux Virtual server with a group of Real
Servers running behind it. My question encloses the following
queires,
1. How to measure the performance of the load
balancer?
2. Is there any way to see the total processing
time taken by the loadbalancer to serve a single packet from any client? ( may
be by using netstat or tcpdump commands)
In the current system, load balancer has the two
network cards. One interface is used to connect it to the internet and anothe
rinterface is used to connect it to the secure lan to which the real servers are
connected to.
