Yes, I know. I just wanted to know if this is the problem. Maybe if you
would blackhole the route it could work too, but this might be a little
bit extreme as a solution for your problem.
ip route add blackhole VIP/32 table main
But need to kill just virtual_ipaddress.
I cannot help you any further here right now but to tell you to wait
until Alexandre Cassen shows up here and provides you with a solution.
He knows best how to overcome this problem.
