problems with configure script

I am trying to follow the instructions for setting up the LVS-NAT by doing 

#./configure lvs_nat.conf

and I am getting the following error.  I just upgraded to perl 5.6.1 and the 
install went without any problems.

# ./configure ../lvs_nat.conf
