Don't get over exited for charging a billion dollars for a copy.
Right before the "..." you quoted, it says "Except for one special
situation, the GNU General Public License (20k characters)".
The differences is GNU software is different from GPL license.
In the GPL license, it stated clearly that "whether gratis or for
a fee, you must give the recipients all the rights that you have."
So if you receive the copy for free, your modified copy
carry the same right that you had before making a change.
