No. I mean adding a line in /etc/lvs.cf along with the usual setting.
So you could have something like

       address = 202.172.98.02 eth0:111
       active = 1
       load_monitor = rup
       timeout = 5
       reentry = 60
       netmask = 255.255.0.0

or whatever it is you want to use. And then this option gets
parsed out and run along with the other options in ifconfig.

If that makes any sense..
