Yes, you have to configure your kernel for those options. The easiest
solution is to modify a redhat .config to your needs. The best way to do
that is to search the archives for a "redhat LVS howto" that a helpfull LVS
user posted (sorry I don't recall your name). Let me know if you have
trouble finding it.
