Ipvsadm question?

I'm trying to have my LVS server also be an ssl proxy server..

So what I'm trying to do with this is : 

IP1:443 proxypasses to IP2:80 ..

The problem is, I can't actually connect to ip2:80 from localhost, so
all requests are going to fail

How can I do that?
