hidden-patch error on kernel-2.4.20

Hello, 

I've tryed to patch my kernel 2.4.20 (freshly downloaded from kernel.org) with 
ipvs-1.0.7/contrib/patches/hidden-2.4.5-1.diff
but there are some rejected updates.

1 exemple is the include/linux/sysctl.h
The patch have to set NET_IPV4_CONF_HIDDEN=14 after NET_IPV4_CONF_ARPFILTER=13 
but it fails because (I think) of the next define NET_IPV4_CONF_MEDIUM_ID=14,
