I am not so sure about an ARP problem, but it does imply
that things might not work :)

That is an interesting idea. Any thoughts that I had about
slow-start in the past were in relation to the LVS scheduler
handling it. Which would be nice because it would work for
everyone. But putting the logic into ldirectord may make
more sense by not adding additional complexity into the Kernel.
