Hi all,
First, I'd like to thank you for all jobs done in those 2 softwares.
I've recently setted up a new LVS box, using DR, and keepalived.
My gateway for all acceded traffic is a linux 2.4.22, real servers Win2K
with J2ee app, and LVS running perfectly.
I've got a strange lost of performance on my GW.
The traffic entering LVS is about 2Mb/s, and the one outgoing my network
is about 10-12Mb/s
My GW is a Bi Xeon 2.4 GHz, with 6 NIC, running APIC and HT
The problem is that when having more than 6Mb/s the GW use many CPU to
handle, I think, NIC interrupts.
I've searched many lists to get information about resolving the
performances lost, without success.
Does anyone knows why I'm limited to such less network bandwidth, and
why my box is running so slow, without filtering any packets ?
