arp hidden patch for 2.4.21 ?

Hi,


        I just set up a LVS-DR set,
with a load balancer and 3 real servers.

        I'm fronting the well known arp
problem, which causes the fastest machine on
the lan to respond to the VIP.

        I would like to apply the hidden
patch, as described in the following page,

        but cannot find any patch for 2.4.21 .

        Did someone do this already on 2.4.21,
do you know if there is a patch for it, or should
I apply a younger patch, and then apply the
vanilla patches to 2.4.21 ?
