The 2 network LVS-NAT is simple to setup. That's why it's
in the mini-HOWTO. The one-network LVS-NAT requires extra
work.

the configure-lvs script has not been tested on the recent
kernels/ip_vs patches, but the commands are the same
(ipvsadm, ifconfig) so it should work with the newer kernels
