Hmm.. I didn't read properly - nothing freezes on the real servers here, so
the problems are most likely not related.

I had a similar problem on our small LVS/NAT cluster when I had switched
from WRR to WLC scheduling. I didn't have time to investigate the problem so
I just switched it back to WRR and it seems fine.
When it acted up, occasionally the CPS rate to the real servers would drop
to 0 and incoming connections would just time out. Recreating the ipvsadm
rules would bring things back to life for a while.
