I'm sorry that there is no detailed documentation about using KTCPVS. You 
can read some simple instructions at the README of KTCPVS and tcpvsadm man 
page. It uses regular express to describe the content-based scheduling 
rules.

We will try to write some documentation about KTCPVS later.
