RE: Connections drop in SYN_RECV state

I have this specific configuration :

TCP  10.0.0.188:80 rr persistent 1800
  -> 10.0.0.195:80                Route   1      0          0
  -> 10.0.0.194:80                Route   1      0          2
TCP  Public.ip.188:80 rr persistent 1800
  -> 10.0.0.195:80                Route   1      229        451

Could it be the problem ?
