Starting from late RHL7.3 updates, RHL stopped to ship standard kernels 
with LVS supports.
If you  need LVS support use RH enterprise kernels (i.e. recompile RH 
enterprise kernels and ipvsadm  on  your RH linux) or
use some other kernels (i.e. Horm kernels or the "original" one from 
kernel.org).
