update: horm's streamline setup

HOST2 has lo:0 configured with Floating IP on eth1 ie 206.131.250.3. 
And it thinks that 206.131.250.3 belongs locally that's why it is not 
able to reply to requests from 206.131.250.3 (HOST1). How can this 
behaviour be changed ?
