LVS NAT for ISPs

Is anyone using LVS NAT as a service provider?  
 
I work for a web hosting company and we are exploring several retail
products (BigIP F5, Alteon 180E, & Cisco Local Director) and are also
considering LVS.  We would potentially using it in an HA config to load
balance 100's of real servers from 75-100 VIPs.  These numbers would be
on the outside of our estimate.  Currently we use a single Alteon 180E
to direct 25 VIPs to about 60 RIPs.
