In general I found the UltraMonkey site very straightforward, a great
introduction, and I can see that Horms has done an awesome amount of work
and is clearly a world expert - for which I'm very grateful.
I'm not sure how I could make a patch but it would simply be to
prominently show in the 'Real Server' section of IPIP-related installation
notes that a tunl0 interface must be created on each 'Real Server'.
