MasarLabs NoArp: new version 2.0.0

Hi all,
on 'http://www.masarlabs.com' you can now find 'noarp 2.0.0'.

This is the port of 'noarp' to the Linux Kernel 2.6.x.

With this version, Linux Kernel 2.4.x is not supported:
use the 'noarp 1.x.x' version for the old kernel.

Try it and let me know if you find problems or if it is usefull to you.
