real servers need to initiate outbound connections

I have two real servers load balanced using piranha with a single vip, 
ports 80,443 bundled with firewall mark.
Everything was working great until the developer of the site mentioned 
that the application requires the real servers to open up (initiate) 
outbound connections to two remote sites on ports 80 and 443.
Is this possible with lvs? If so, what needs to be done?

I'm digging through the howto now ....
