This was not a keepalived / ipvs problem ! 
While i was testing the cluster with Apache Bench, i let the
"persistence_timeout on" which result that all requests form a same IP is
forwarded to the same RS ... for tests you need to set "persistence_timeout
off"

May be all clients are already bound to existing real
servers and there are no new clients for the new real server.
