SYN_RECV state symptoms in LVS-DR

ipvsadm -L -c -n tells connection is in SYN_RECV state
when connection hangs from browser! I am newbie to
networking, when does connection stays in SYN_RECV
state? What should I look for fixing this problem!! 

By the way it does not happen always, this is
intermittent browser hanging problem!!
