you can have multiple gateways, but you have to set up a routing
table to handle it. 

eg all packets from VIP1 go to Router1
all packets from VIP2 go to Router2

You can put any number of VIPs onto the director (and to the realservers).
They can be in different networks. The only problem is routing the
packets to the LVS director and this has nothing to do with LVS.

there is also the -SH scheduler. People haven't used it much either
so you'll have to play around with it to see how it goes.
