Thanks for bringing this to my attention it has been resolved now.
The LVS web site is hosted on several machines, one of which
is a web server where the goodies are, and the rest of which
are caching reverse proxies. Unfortunately there was a configuration
problem on one of the proxies. Which basically means most people
could see the page just fine, but some couldn't.
