The version in Fedora core 2 does not have the timeout
sys control variables in /proc/sys/net/ipv4/vs
directory. And I checked the source code and found
that these variables being disabled by "#if 0" block.
Anyone please tell me if the function to control TCPIP
timeouts are really disabled.
