Hello Joe, access forbidden. Having blanks in the name doesn't help http://www.linux-vs.org/~acassen/Link%20detection%20for%20Modern%20routers.pdf It works perfectly for me, using konqueror, mozilla and firefox. can you rename it to something like Link_detection_for_Modern_routers.pdffor people using unix browsers? Are you sure you guys @ epa.gov don't have a mangling http proxy? It could be that it does some HTTP scrubbing and thinks that spaces are evil :).
