[ANNOUNCE] ktcpvs 0.0.16

Hi,

The ktcpvs 0.0.16 tar ball is available at the LVS web site, though it it
a while that we haven't released new versions of ktcpvs. It includes a new
hhttp scheduler from Philipp Klaus and more command options. The ChangeLog
is as follows:

        * integrate the hhttp scheduler patch from Philipp Klaus
        <pklaus@xxxxxxxxxxxx>, which is to send requests to server based
        on the hash value of matched request

        * userspace/tcpvsadm.c: added the --listen option to specify the
        ip address (and port number) that a TCP virtual service listens to.

        * EXAMPLES: added.
