In file ldirectord.cf how does the below work?
        
        request="index.html"
        receive="Test Page"

How is the request send? http?  Is index.html a text file with the words
"Test Page"?  Does that page need to be in HTML?  Is "Test Page" the
title or body. Is there documentation on request and receive.  The man
page doesn't answer these questions.  Thanks
