Real server rotation incase of failures

Hi all,
  We got our LVS server up today for the first time. Thanks to all who
answered my queries
We are planning to use LVS DR for load balancing SMTP servers behind a
single director.

I want ipvsadm to automatically skip those real servers whose SMTP
service is down. What I could do is run a monitor script to keep
checking all realservers and if any one is down just remove from the
ipvsadm list. Is there a utility that already does this
