LVS does not rotate for same network

hi all,

   I am using a LVS-DR to loadbalance SMTP servers
All machines in  say 111.111.111.*  network 
The Director and Realservers are interconnected thru a seperate network 
192.168.2.* 
When there is a request to the LVS from outside the network (
111.111.111.* ) the request gets properly routed in round robin fashion
to different realservers

But when the request is from a machine in the 111.111.111.* network it
always connects to the same real server

Is there a solution for this
