hello Sir,
We tried many times but our LVS with Windows( NT and 2K) is not working at
all.We tried all the methods given in LVS HOW TO. We tried following for ARP
problem:-
1. Installed Microsoft Loopback Adapter and assigned VIP to it with subnet mask
255.0.0.0 and deleted the route related to VIP after every reboot.
2. Then we tried editing registry file
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces
and then set the netmask to 255.255.255.255.
3. Then we tried setting the metric value of VIP to 254.
But Our WINNT or WIN2K Proxy is now working with LVS.
The LVS works very fine with Squid Realservers.
