I would assume they don't. The point of those distributions is to
change as little as possible from a stock RHEL install. That said,
you may have some luck running a FC3 kernel with RHEL userland. Try
manually installing the FC3 kernel RPM from
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/3/
It's dirty, and I'm kind of ashamed to even suggest it, but sometimes
it works. :-)
