If your network topology could permit you, I'd suggest LVS-NAT since
it doesnt require any changes on your RDP Windows Servers (apart the
default gw), but you need two separate LAN segments.
If you can't go this way you could use LVS-DR but then you need to
configure the loopback interface on all your Windows Servers to reply
to the request for the Load Balancer Virtual IP. Never tested this
setup in my experience.
Can you add another LAN segment in your network layout?
