Seems like ldirectord is unhappy for some reason.
What happens if you run:
/etc/ha.d/resource.d/ldirectord ldirectord.cf stop; echo $?
or
/etc/ha.d/resource.d/ldirectord -d ldirectord.cf stop; echo $?
