high load avg

Hi,


I noticed the load avg is rather high for a box that basicly does nothing
yet :)

17:16:30 up 8 days,  9:25,  4 users,  load average: 2.01, 2.02, 2.00

I'm running Heartbeat, 2 sync daemons, and ldirectord.

Is this high load normal? I haven't even got any connections through it yet.
