Scheduler using ip_vs_est.c

Hi everyone,

I want to make a scheduler using ip_vs_est.c in order to balance packets to 
the RS which has the best at each time.
I saw some people talking about using the estimator to make a scheduler, but 
not in my way. Is there anyone who ever tried to do it and got some tips in 
order to help me?

Maybe will it be easier to make it not using ip_vs_est.c, for example using a 
monitor which will estimate the rate and change the weigh proportionnaly???
