What's the issue with ipvsadm -e ...?

Well, he could extract the IP_VS_SO_SET_EDIT part in the ipvsadm.c and
libipvs and write a short nifty tool with it, however I don't quite see
the reason to do so.
The other idea is to change the weights in the kernel by adding some
code, as was done in my first 2.2.x threshold limitation patch. This,
however is not such a very intelligent idea.
