Well, I'm still testing the solution and I'll write some better later,
but the problem has solved just setting
/proc/sys/net/ipv4/vs/expire_nodest_conn = 1 and change keepalived to
remove virtual service on failure instead "inhibit_on_failure" (set
weight to 0).
