twice as many _new_ connections. remember you're using
persistency which can skew what you see.
Is there a way to make it like 1.5 times more ?
ip_vs uses the ratio of the numbers with no meaning to the
absolute size of the numbers. so use weights of 2,3 or
200,300 etc
