Christophe,I think we'll need more detail as to what you think is happening and what you've done. ultramonkey uses heartbeat for the floating interface which will ONLY activate if it has a physical interface that makes sense. i.e. if your haresources file says: ldirectord 192.168.1.21 Then you must configure eth0 as 192.168.1.11 (or something) in order for heartbeat to bring up: eth0:1 192.168.1.21 Lots of advice will be in the various logs as to what is happening.
