It's ldirectord's fault.

Going back to the logs, I see that ldirectord is issuing the wrong
command to change the realserver weight. It is doing...

ipvsadm -a -t 192.168.5.100:21 -r 192.168.10.61:21 -m -w 1

..but it should be doing

ipvsadm -e -t 192.168.5.100:21 -r 192.168.10.61:21 -m -w 1
