The " ActiveConn" never increments.Silly question, but have you enabled ip-forwarding? Perhaps equally silly, but have you disabled reverse path filtering on the real-server? Else, try to use tcpdump to figure out exactly what is, and isn't, working as expected. Knowing when/where/what isn't working, makes it a lot easier to figure out why it isn't working.
