new to lvs

I recently inherited a system and I discovered that it is running Linux 
Virtual Server.  Never heard of it before so it's a nice discovery.

Question:

How do I access the running processes for each server?  I run the ps 
command and it looks like I'm missing stuff.  Or am I wrong?
