Hi, If you can't use the latest kernel 2.6.19-1 then you have to scrap the solution.Jaro now I have done the same test with the latest 2.6.19.1 vanilla kernel. And I've got the same results! I saw the "size-2048" in slabtop was still growing fast. It stops growing if I stop the requests from the client. It is not possible to free the memory. It looks like a memory leak.
