Even ip_vs_stats show that all the hits are being forwarded to the same server.
Apache logs, only shows one machine getting all the hits. I am using
apache to test the setup because I find it easier to load test apache.
I didn't turn on persistence. AFAIK it is supposed to be disabled by default.
